MAKERHOODS OFFICE SPACE PROPOSAL
This proposal is meant to capture a maker-space office capable of satisfying the office's needs as well as providing the tools to accommodate A maker's workshop. It creates a unique office aesthetic that promotes makers and develops a more creative, innovative work culture.

“Newark Makerhoods is bringing together a
supportive community of local makers, creatives,
entrepreneurs, and residents. It includes the
rehabilitation of the Krueger-Scott Mansion and new construction.
The historic Krueger-Scott Mansion will be reinvigorated with the previous owners' entrepreneurial spirit through co-working, office space, event space, workshops, and community-centric events.
