GRO.LAB SPACE PROPOSAL
Gro Lab was designed to showcase growing methods and processes of tea harvesting and dehydration. Our mission aims to promote wellness using natural remedies that provide physical and mental relief and emphasize the powers of medicinal herbs. Gro Lab offers an escape from the city, delivering awareness of habits that consider the environment, and displaying urban agriculture. The space plan is designed with two experiences, the lobby/shop and the immersive educational space. The educational area consists of a loop where people go through a program in which they: learn about the hydroponic systems, experience smell and taste testing, learn about herbs and their benefits for the body, can package dehydrated herbs as part of the admission package, and finally learn about soil care and those herbs that couldn't be harvested from the hydroponic system, but in soil ground.
